PAYMENTS, INVOICES AND REFUNDS

Our e-commerce platform has been awarded certifications for best practice when managing information security, and complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard requirements, which verify that we follow the industry's strictest recommendations and standards, to provide you with a purchasing experience in a private, integrated and secure environment.

ktaii.com reserves the right to change the prices of items throughout the campaign.

If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and on the labels, the correct price will always be the price shown at the time of purchase.
Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced.

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the refund.

When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you have sent your return via a carrier, we’ll process it within 72 hours after receiving it at our facilities.
Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.
Please note that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount in a maximum of 14 days depending on your bank.
If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have placed your order and wish to modify it, here are the answers to the questions you might have.

It is possible to cancel a purchase as long as the order status allows it. If available, you will see this option in your ktaii account, in the order details. If you have made the purchase as a guest, you can manage it from the link that you will find in the email confirming your purchase.

If you have already completed your order and need to change your shipping address, please contact us so that we can review your case.

If you have already completed your purchase, it is not possible to delete or change items. If you wish, once you receive your order, you can manage a return.

All our articles follow strict quality controls so that you receive them and enjoy them in the best conditions.
However, if you have received a faulty item in your order, or if after using it, you detect a defect, please contact us or visit a ktaii.com so that we can help you.

SHIPPING

At Ktaii, we work to ensure you receive the items in your order on time and in their original condition. However, if you have a specific incident with your purchase, you can contact us so that we can review your case and help you solve it.

We suggest you check our website to keep up to date with the latest news and availability of our products.
If the size of the item you are interested in is out of stock, but has the Coming soon option, you can provide us with your email address and we will let you know if it is available again in the next 15 days. If it is not restocked within this period, the subscription will expire and you will have to re-register it. This process does not reserve the item.
On some items, we may display a low stock message for certain sizes. If any of them are of interest to you, we encourage you to buy them so that you don't miss out.
Bear in mind that the items in the basket are not reserved. If your basket includes items that are no longer available, we will notify you so that you can remove them and complete the purchase of the other items.
On each item's page, you will find our suggestions to complete your look or similar products that may interest you.

You can track your order in your account, on the Purchases section. If you are not registered, you will have this information by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.

These are the stages your order will go through:

Bought: your order has been placed successfully.

Being processed: we’ve received your order details.

Being prepared: your order is being prepared in our warehouse.

Sent: your order has already left our premises.

Collected by courier: your order is on its way and will be delivered soon.

Delivered to customer: your order has been delivered.

Bear in mind you will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

Shipping will be free for orders over 1000inr only for non-discounted items.

You have 15 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from ktaii.com.

The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
